I must have spent the last hour lost in my memories of yesterday here browsing your website. In your website I see a lot of my own creativity and inspirations. I see a similar kindred spirit dancing within the vibrancy of the colors of life. I admire the little girl who grew up in such love. All this has inspired me to start another series of paintings that deal with the inner child. I just want to say thank you for that inspiration Nira.
I must tell you I really admire your creative style, your courage at that creation and see you are so one with yourself. Where do you find the time to do all this? I mean you must have a wonderful beautiful family. I should imagine they must participate, at any rate how rich their lives must be sharing your creations, your dreams and your work. Thank you Nira for the privilege of sharing this brief moment of the creations, the artwork, and those wonderful photos of those plants. I especially admired that tamarack tree with the purple cones. I grew up in nature and have many beautiful memories of the forest and the plants. I was also taught the sacred knowledge of the use of traditional medicines. I also felt from your photographs the energies associated with it all.
Thank you for your kind words of my artwork. I feel the critique as such an honor that comes forth from such an accomplished artist as yourself. I now know I am going the right direction with my art. My loneliness also inspires me to create. I also believe that I have a duty to tell the many stories through my gift so that in future years, they will cause people to remember them and those stories shan’t be forgotten. I like to live in the light, for that loving creators light also inspires me to create and in someway I try to show it all in my art. Until next time, you too have a wonderful day my friend.
Take care,
Kitchi

Hi Nira..all your work is amazing but I particularly like the textile based images. I too trained in textiles but, lately, I have found myself seduced by the speed of a computer in trying out new ideas. Your work has made me feel that I should sometimes switch off this machine and just FEEL fabric!!!Thank you so much for that inspiration and take care...from Susan.
